You may need your own Cittamart account to use certain Cittamart Services, and you may be required to be logged into the account and have a valid payment method associated with it.

If there is a problem charging your selected payment method we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account.

If you use any Cittamart Service you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Conditions of Use or any other applicable terms and conditions, guidelines or policies.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS

Cittamart respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Right Infringements.

5. CITTAMART SOFTWARE TERMS

In addition to these Conditions of Use, the terms found here apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software and any related documentation) that we make available to you from time to time for your use in connection with Cittamart Services (the ” Cittamart Software”).

6. OUR LIABILITY

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the Cittamart Services will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to Cittamart Services may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egyptian Government. If any dispute, claim, difference or controversy arising out of, relating to or having any connection with these conditions, including as it may relate in any way to your use of any Cittamart Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Cittamart or through Cittamart.com, or the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination and/or any dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them (for the purpose of this section, a “Dispute”) qualifies for determination through the Egyptian courts, then the Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such Dispute. For Disputes that do not qualify for determination through the Egyptian Courts, the courts of the Egyptian Government shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle such Dispute and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt. For the purposes of this section, you waive any objection to either the courts of Egypt, as applicable, on the grounds that either of them is an inconvenient or inappropriate forum to settle any Dispute.

8. ALTERATIONS TO SERVICE OR AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF USE

We reserve the right to make changes to any Cittamart Services, policies, terms and conditions including these Conditions of Use, and Service Terms at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Use in force at the time that you use the Cittamart Services. If any of these Conditions of Use is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

9. WAIVER

If you breach these Conditions of Use and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Use.

10. CHILDREN

We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 21 you may use the Cittamart Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

ADDITIONAL CITTAMART SOFTWARE TERMS

Use of the Cittamart Software. You may use Cittamart Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use and enjoy the Cittamart Services as provided by Cittamart, and as permitted by the Conditions of Use, these Software Terms and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the Cittamart Software into your own programs or compile any portion of it in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute or sub-license the Cittamart Software or otherwise assign any rights to the Cittamart Software in whole or in part. You may not use the Cittamart Software for any illegal purpose. We may cease providing any Cittamart Software and we may terminate your right to use any Cittamart Software at any time. Your rights to use the Cittamart Software will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of these Software Terms, the Conditions of Use or any other Service Terms. Additional third party terms contained within or distributed with certain Cittamart Software that are specifically identified in related documentation may apply to that Cittamart Software (or software incorporated with the Cittamart Software) and will govern the use of such software in the event of a conflict with these Conditions of Use. All software used in any Cittamart Service is the property of Cittamart or its software suppliers and protected by local and international copyright laws.

Use of Third Party Services. When you use the Cittamart Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.

No Reverse Engineering. Unless explicitly permitted under applicable mandatory law, you may not, and you will not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with, the Cittamart Software, whether in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from or of the Cittamart Software.

Updates. In order to keep the Cittamart Software up-to-date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without notice to you.

Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts, or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 14 – 60 days. if you paid by credit card.

In case the customer paid in cash, refund will be in cash.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cittamart.com and we will arrange the pickup process.

Shipping returns

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

We will refund the cost of the shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
