The delivery time varies according to the order time !
Same Day Delivery:
We offer same day delivery option for all orders placed during the store working hours from 10 am to 10 pm , 7 days per week. The delivery time may vary according to the shipping location, number of items, order weight, ..etc. However, It takes 60-120 min delivery time.
Next Day Delivery:
We offer Next Day Delivery option for all orders placed Out of store working hours.The delivery time may vary according to the shipping location, order weight, ..etc. However, we do our best to deliver your order at the available time slot of your choice.
Choose your delivery time :
You can choose your best delivery time slot during the checkout process. But Please note , All delivery slots are subject to availability, and it might take a longer time to deliver the orders during rush times and big campaigns.
Also, delivery fees and time are subject to variation depending on different seasons and holidays.

2. How much the Delivery charges?
Citta Mart delivers to your doorstep, and shipping fees vary according to the shipping location, order weight, ..etc. However, the delivery costs 15 – 20EGP.
While purchasing your item(s), please remember to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. Our dedicated delivery team will call you when they are on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival.
3. Can I track my order ?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 15 mins after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track the order You will need to the order number and registered email.
For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery time for your order when you select a delivery time slot, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.
